agency CRM pricing comparison
The honest 2026 CRM pricing table for a 5-person agency
What GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce actually cost a 5-person marketing agency in 2026 — per-seat maths, feature tiers and the stack tax, compared honestly.

The headline numbers lie a little
Every CRM pricing page shows you the entry number: £49, £97, £165. None of them show what a real agency pays, because a real agency has five people, needs the tier where the features actually live, and bolts on three tools the CRM doesn't include.
We pulled the street prices (checked November 2026, from public pricing pages) and ran them for a five-person UK marketing agency. Here's the honest table.
The table
Monthly cost for a 5-person agency, at the tier an agency realistically needs:
- GetFound Pro — £249/mo flat. Everything included except per-seat dialler.
- GoHighLevel Unlimited — ~£247/mo. Feature-complete, but white-label needs SaaS mode at ~£497.
- Pipedrive — ~£245/mo in seats… plus proposals, invoicing, messaging, booking and a portal, because it's a pipeline and nothing else. Call it £445 with the stack.
- HubSpot — ~£450–700/mo once Pro tiers and contact allowances land. Portals and proposals are add-on modules.
- Salesforce — ~£825/mo in seats before an implementation partner invoices you for the privilege.
The three taxes nobody prices in
Per-seat maths: five people at £49/user is £245 before you've bought a single proposal tool — and ten people doubles it. Flat pricing doesn't care how many humans you hire.
Feature-tier roulette: white-label behind a £497 tier. Portals as a module. AI priced per user. The tier you can afford is rarely the tier the feature lives on.
The stack tax: CRM + proposals + invoicing + messaging + booking + portal = five subscriptions, five logins, five invoices, five things to break. Ours is one.
The honest bit
On headline numbers, GetFound and GoHighLevel are within £2 of each other. The difference is what's included at that number: white-label, the client portal and the AI agents — versus tiers and add-ons. That's the whole pitch, and the comparison table lets you check every line.
